Return & Refund Policy

At Nutrivee.com, we care about your health and wellness as well as your satisfaction. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase for any reason whatsoever, you may return the item(s) within 12 months of the purchase date for a no questions asked full refund. We’ll even cover the shipping costs!

Simply email us at info@nutrivee.com with your personal details to initiate a refund. You will then receive a pre-paid shipping label to return the item(s) to Nutrivee. Once your return has been received, a credit or refund will be issued, whichever you’d prefer.

Please note: we can only issue refunds/credits on products that were purchased directly from Nutrivee.com. If you purchased through another online retailer, please contact them for your refund, as their own return policies will apply.
